Biography: Sue is an accomplished nursing management professional with over 30 years’ experience in strategic planning, operations management, project management, clinical excellence, and leadership within the highly regulated healthcare sector. She is currently studying for her Professional Doctorate in Nursing leadership and motivation. Sue holds a master’s degree in Collaborative Healthcare as well as a bachelor’s degree in Social Science and Healthcare with strong skills in delivering high quality services while liaising closely with clinicians to reduce risk. Sue has hands-on exposure in managing all aspects of clinical services which includes introduction of new systems and roles, setting up satellite clinics, building networks with other medical services and leading governance and both accreditation and assessment standards.

Biography: Dr. Laura Gabriela SARBU is currently an Associate Professor in the Department of Chemistry at Alexandru Ioan Cuza University of Iasi, Romania. She received a Ph.D. degree in Organic Chemistry in 2015. During the Ph.D. program she joined several times the Prof. dr. Henning Hopf research team in TU Braunschweig – Germany. She has more than 55 publications in peer-review journals and published 4 books. Also, is editorial board member in 25+ journals such as Advance in Medical and Clinical Research, Annals of Clinical and Laboratory Recerca, Chemical Glycobiology Journal, International Journal Bioorganic and Medicinal Chemistry, Journal of Biomedical Research & Environmental Sciences - Green Chemistry, Journal of Molecular Biology and Drug Design.

Biography: University of VloreAlbania Assistant lecturer at the Faculty of Health, University of Vlore "Ismail Qemali", Vlore, Albania PhD candidate at the University "Tor Vergata" Rome, Italy MD. PhD.cJerinaJaho has completed her studies at the University of Medicine, Tirana, Albania, in General Medicine. The focus of Dr. Jaho's work is related to scientific research in public health, the prevention of hepatitis B and the management of chronic diseases such as arterial hypertension and type IIdiabetes mellitus. Currently, MD. Jaho is followingher doctoral studies, in the department of microbiology, immunology, infectious diseases and transplants at the University "Tor Vergata", Rome, Italy. The topic of the study is the seroprevalence of Hepatitis B among students of the Faculty of Health, University"Ismail Qemali",Vlore, Albania. Participation in many national and international conferences and congresses has given me the opportunity to present my research-scientific works as an active part of research based on scientific evidences.

Biography: Mirjana Marinkovic has a PhD in healthcare from University of Kragujevac Faculty of Medicine Kragujevac and a specialization in the field healthcare University of Nis Faculty of Medicine Nis.
She is the professor of nursing in University of Nis Faculty of Medicine Nis. She is author and co-author of scientific papers in the field of health care and nursing surgery and published about 20 papers in reputed journals and has been serving as an editorial board member of the repute.
She attended in many International and National Congresses on the topic of Health Care and Nursing Education.

Biography: Doctoral researcher in Health Sciences at Universidade Cruzeiro do Sul, focusing on Exercise Physiology and Cardiopulmonary Metabolism. Graduated in Physical Education, Pedagogy, and Nursing, with a specialization in Institutional Psych pedagogy, Higher Education Teaching, and Professional and Technological Education, among others. Engaged in interdisciplinary research on health, physical activity, and quality of life.
